Do yourself a favor and avoid this ****hole of a building. Multiple massive floods covering 15 floors, elevators constantly broken, lobby doors constantly broken. Management is unresponsive. Absolutely insane rent being charged for this kind of dilapidated POS building.

Great support during the leasing process and the excellent staff from the front desk were really helpful during the move in process. I would highly recommend a stay at 70 Greene.

The leasing and maintenance staff are great. And the location cannot be beat! Paulus Hook is a great, quiet neighborhood with a lot of charm.

Great community, there are families and it's a great place to live and is well maintained.

Very happy with the complex, the management etc.

If you're looking to live in Jersey City you can't do better than 70 Greene.
