The apt are great, amenities are awesome, management really professional.

There is street noise, but this is to be expected living downtown). The amenities are terrific and the building staff, from the concierges to the cleaning staff and maintenance workers all really seem to care a lot about the resident experience.

The building is clean, safe, quiet, well kept, and a very convenient place to live. Very nice amenities. We loved living here during our time in New Haven.
