The general location is great if you don’t mind the noise from Thursday to Sunday. It’s right in the mix. My major issue is with the lack of amenities and the horrible washer dryers. If they would just change the washer and dryer to something more modern, I wouldn’t have too much to complain about. The maintenance people are Uber friendly and the concierge is equally friendly. The mailing system could be better, but it’s a major issue because there isn’t 24/7 concierge. For the price, there are other apartments that offer more value. Overall the experience is nice (minus the car break-ins on the street and the homeless people wondering around). There is a garage that is rather safe albeit defat he’s form the building, and the homeless people are a bit much but they aren’t overly aggressive. For the location, you learn to deal with the minor issues. And yes, the pool area is amazing.

Immaculate with a great pool and grilling area. Good lighting, surrounding area never deserted due to nearby bars.

The area is crawling with drunks and homeless people.
