The apartment had a leak in the living room and then in the bedroom on and off for five years. The land lord was always slow to try and solve the problems. First, they flashed. Then, they hired the cheapest roofers to fix only half of the problem. The leak persisted up until the day I moved out and there is no sign that the land lord will actually resolve the issue once and for all. He's now refusing to return my sec. deposit for no reason.
