The house is a fine place, just no central heating or air. The biggest problem is the landlord. She is not kind at all and incredibly greedy. Will try to get any penny she can from you. The neighbor told me she views the property as extra spending money. She has more than one house herself and the house was given to her so she just sits back to collect money and does not do any maintenance. She is an awful person to rent from. Also the house has mice and it’s apparently not her problem. TERRIBLE

Landlord would stop by while I was not home and without notice. All maintenue was tenants responsibility (yard, plumbing, electrical, etc). House had no AC and no heating, in the winter it was always freezing and I had to use a space heater. Breakers were pretty sensitive I guess, would overload easily. In the cold months there would be a frequent mouse problem. House was deep cleaned at move out and replaced what needed, no deposit was refunded.
