Ziam (Sam) Khayat was my landlord for a few years and I can't really complain. He's honest, friendly and responsive. Whenever we had a problem (ie. electricity, plumbing, or pests) he did his best to solve it. In my experience, a decent landlord is hard to come by but Ziam (Sam) Khayat fit the bill.
