I lived in 1336 Kenmore Apartments. The place looked good at first, spacious, with a lot of natural light. But after living in it for one month you feel like you live in the *****. I had all kinds of problems. Roaches, no sound isolation, you can hear everything what happens in the neighbouring apartments. Garbage disposal didn't work. Kitchen cabinets looked old and ugly, some of them didn't even close. Trash all over around the building. The carport underneath the building is inaccessible. It's too small. I tried to use twice and damaged my rear bumper both times. There's also been water leaking.. The maintenance workers entered my apartment several times during the week without any notification. I know these problems might happen everywhere in LA, but the management's attitude's been horrible. They are disrespectful and not responsive. I've been told the problems were fixed but they weren't.
