Lived in a studio apartment here for a year. Repairs were timely (my sink broke at 2 am and I had a new one by noon the next day!). However it took me over 6 months of constant hounding to get my security deposit back. Had a mouse problem the last 6 months of living there, despite being on the 12th floor. My view was beautiful, but I felt like I paid too much for too little. Was very disappointed in the run around afterwards to get my deposit back.
