the perfect place to live in and staff members are just exceptional.

Very clean and well maintained. The only issue I have is parking in the community. Parking is very limited.

Moved here from Oklahoma, the staff sent photos of every aspect of the apartment, photos of the property amenities etc. Once we got here they were very helpful on getting us into out apartment.

Parking can be a problem in the evenings Overall, for the price

This is a great place to live and raise family plus its a safe community. I recommend Avalon Park as a place to reside for everyone.
