DO NOT RENT! All of the good reviews listed are made by Sue herself. Do not trust them. My experience was horrible. She came to the rental un announced so many times I don’t even have count and would come into our room unannounced. I was sleeping in bed one time and she entered my room!!! She went through one of my roommates belongings and we all felt so unsecured that we got security cameras to see if she would enter our rooms when we weren’t there… which shocker… she did. She constantly claims you’ve broken her things which are very outdated and just stop working on their own and swindles you out of your security deposit. She is very racist towards applicants and will try and talk to other residents in the about it- which is very uncomfortable. She is very accusatory, and not one you want to get involved with. Many people have come close to suing her but most just decide that the juice isn’t worth the squeeze… DO NOT RENT

Sentence 3 refers to landlord giving 24 hours notice prior to showing property to prospective tenants. Sentence 4: landlord checks references on application. Tenant asked to extend lease--shows no problem with unit or landlord then. Moved out 2 weeks early, left keys in unlocked unit, did not tell landlord. Refused to answer calls & emails. The subpar experience was of his own making, how he exited unit. Tenant not to move without telling landlord or leave keys & unit accessible to anyone.

I rented a house from Susan Abbonizio for 6 years, recently renewed my lease and plan to stay here for a long while. She is honest, fair, professional & courteous. When we lost our keys she was very understanding. She was also understanding when my mother and my brother had to stay with us for a while. Every interaction we have with her goes smoothly. She responds to communications quickly. The property is well maintained. She never entered our house unless we agreed to a day and time.

I rented a room from Sue for several months. She was always very attentive to the property and responsive to fixing what few issues occurred. The kitchen was fantasic and included plenty of basic supplies.

Sue is a great landlord. Not only are things fixed in a timely manner, maintenance & safety issues are taken care of so things stay in good condition. The outside of the property is taken care of so it stays looking nice. We renewed our lease 3 times and plan to stay for the foreseeable future. Sue has been kind, professional, honest. She picks up food at the food pantry and delivers it to a family that rents from her because they don't have a car. Never came here without an appointment.

Sue was an awesome landlord. The only reason I moved was because my family needed me closer to them to help my disabled mother. Sue and I often worked together to get things fixed when they were needed. Sh was one of the best landlords I have had in all my years of renting. Thank you Sue!

SUSAN IS A REAL GOOD PROPERTY HOST. I HAD NO ISSUES. I RECOMMEND RENTING FROM HER. I WILL ABSOLUTELY RENT FROM HER AGAIN WHEN I'M IN TOWN WORKING. REMEBER THIS: THERE ARE TWO SIDES TO EVERY STORY. SUSAN AND HER FAMILY ARE GOOD FOLKS. THAT'S THE TRUTH!!
