It's very sad but this over priced community went from a pleasant place to live walk your dog and meet people to a very sad skeleton of itself.

The problem was addressed very casually over the course of 4 months with little compensation. Frequent almost regular water outages or inconsistency.

The communication between the leasing office and owner are spotty and inconsistent

The management team is extremely accommodating and attentive, especially the owner himself. I strongly recommend Sherman Mills
