The carpets were damaged and stained when we moved in and we were then charged $250 for Removal/cleaning after our lease. We had windows with Missing / Broken screens and were charged for those, wrongfully, at the end of our lease. We were charged $135 for "Wall repairs", while we left no damage to the walls, besides standard scuff marks from moving in and out. We were diligent to spackle all holes and pinholes before moving out. We were also charged a $200 cleaning fee for them to scrub the floors and baseboards. Our entire lease we were paying way over market value for our apartment, yet Rick still found as many ways possible to overcharge us with late fees and cleaning fees at the end of our lease.
