Worst experience of my Renting history. She lives next door of the renting house and would come over the house whenever she wanted and argue she had the right to come inside as a landlord. The contract stated that if she felt that the house was on danger she could come in unannounced but she argued other wise. We had problems with family and friends visiting for Hollidays or vacations, she would blame us of having family living with us just because “we are Mexicans, and Mexicans live that way” (words from her). She would call us many times a day to tell us to clean the driveway because of leaves or tree branches were making the house look bad. Her window was usually open spying who came inside the house and the times they would leave. It was a nightmare living there. Do not recomend renting her house.
