So terrible. Moved into a house completely infested by mice. Mouse dropping everywhere. Kitchen appliances were filled with *****. Marc didn't even send anyone to clean, so we had to do it ourselves. Almost a year later and there is still a mouse infestation. He could care less about the health or well being of his tenants. If he did, he would try and take the necessary steps to providing us with a clean and safe home to live in. All Marc Davies cares about is money, and doesn't concern himself with the extremely bad living conditions of his properties.
