The couple next door has a very high traffic home, the front and back yard/lawn are a mess the weeds are about 5ft high and the consider it an "English garden". It would be nice if only they maintained it. They are extremely sensitive to sound unless it's coming from them. The houses are so close together you can literally hear each other sneeze from inside your home. They will complain if they hear you laughing or talking with friends from your bedroom. The landlord gossips a lot and knows most of the neighborhood, so everyone will know all that she knows about you before you have a chance to meet them. RENTERS BEWARE- Sandwiched between two overbearing entities.
