Tons of plumbing issues. Water is NOT CLEAN! Comes out brown bc of galvanized pipes the landlord is well aware of & refuses to fix. Water wasn’t draining properly after only a few months. Was told to “take dishes outside & wash them w/ the hose”. Several broken locks were never fixed. Were told upon move in they’d have sprinkler system & lighting installed in yard, painters and repair workers coming twice a year, none of which happened. TONS of cockroaches. Would not rent w/ these landlords again!
