Pros: Adequate notice to entering, responsive to problems, always notified us of things that were going on. Cons: Rent was very high, poor house construction, poor maintenance jobs, the house changed hands twice before the lease was up (3 different landlords).

Going on my second year with them. The property manager, John Biando, responds IMMEDIATELY to any e-mail; fixes whatever your problem is. We have had a several problems in our apt but John always sends someone out the next day. Exceptional customer service. Only complaint is when we moved in, the floors/fridge were dirty, and some broken closets/lights out. I HIGHLY recommend Compass North to anyone. Price is also very nice compared to other properties on our block.
