Rental was brand new when we moved in, so there were a few minor things that were unfinished, but not a big deal. The space is pretty well planned, we had no problem with pests while we were there (but we also lived on the third floor), and while they didn't tell us when trash day was, there's a huge dumpster you put your trash in, so it doesn't really matter. Maintenance speed was decent. Property is privately owned (not conglomerate) and they put a fair amount of care into it.
